Resident of the Day

As part of our commitment to excellence in care and customer service, we have a 'Resident of the Day' program.  Each resident will have a full review of their care and wellbeing on a monthly basis by all departments, from care plan reviews and medicine checks to their preferred activity and dietary requirements. Communication is essential to ensure any concerns or questions, however small, are dealt with.
