Fun interaction exercise and mobility sessions

Our fun interaction exercise and mobility sessions are given by Natalie from Fitnniss. These movement to music sessions increase the residents self-esteem and independence, and each individual is supported in working at their own comfort level.

Regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your health. It can prevent many of the health problems that seem to come with age.  It can also help manager stress and improve your mood, and being active on a regular basis can help reduce the feeling of being depressed.

They all look forward to this gentle weekly exercise.
