Qualified nursing staff are on duty 24 hours a day and each member of our dedicated, caring team benefit from their own ongoing training programme that exceeds current Care Quality Commission standards. All staff are carefully selected and we will only recruit those who demonstrate the skills and the commitment necessary to meet the needs of our residents in a friendly and caring manner. Our team is responsible for agreeing and implementing care plans, tailored to individual needs and designed to ensure the best possible quality of life for each and every resident at The Red House. Manager, Deputy Manager and Senior Nursing Staff are always available to discuss personal requirements or to answer questions. The Red House is registered with the Care Quality Commission. In addition to 24 hour Nursing and Residential Care we can also provide quality short term convalescent, respite and day care. We also have our own transport. Visiting is unrestricted and guests are welcome at any time. Fees at The Red House vary according to the level of care required after assessment.
